I love that we can now see which task triggered what to happen through which rule under All activity in the Task pane, and that so much of navigating to find rules and bundles is clickable.
Currently, I’m working on a bundle that is to control hundreds of projects, and it has 19 rules.
A lot of those rules trigger the creation of new tasks, and under All activity we can clearly see:
{rule name} created this task from {triggering task}
That’s perfect. ![]()
Clicking on {rule name} allows for quick viewing of the rule.
It does then display `Controlled by {bundle name}. To make changes, edit the bundle’
I need to then go to the bundle overview, and then find the rule again. Often needing to expand rules as it only displays the first 5 rules.
The same is true for when I find the bundle first, because - to me - it makes more intuitive sense to just click on the rule I want to edit, and then to be able to click something like Edit rule in bundle if I want to (assuming I have the rights to do so).
Instead, I often find the bundle interface forces me back into the bundle overview, to then click Edit.
I’d propose we allow editing of the bundle rule directly from where we are viewing the rule.
