If you merged a subtask into another task, it becomes locked and you can’t reorder it within the other subtasks.

@Olha_Vintonik this feels like bug behavior. It’s worth considering to add to the Task Pane UX Scalability work on supporting filtering out completed subtasks. I’ll send you a DM to follow-up!
