I have created tasks , subtasks and sections and they have all nor vanished these were some key notes and results of some very. long and hard work. Fingers crossed this can be recovered, else I’ll be back to pen and paper till I can trust software again.

@Joanne_Speak, Is there any chance you’re not in your usual Workspace/Organization? Click your profile image in the top right corner and in the menu that appears, make sure the correct Workspace/Organization is checked (the initial menu item(s) that appear). If not that, I think Support is required; maybe @Emily_Roman can expedite… Larry

Thanks. No dice. I’ve seen all the other options already in the forum and none of those have worked. That’s what prompted me to check here.

I was able to recover it. I couldn’t find the tasks in the deleted list but I found the original links in my logs and recovered that way. Thanks for the support. How do I mark this as solved?
