Hi Asana Community
:
If you’ve ever set up an AI Studio rule and wondered whether your instructions were specific enough, this update is for you. AI Studio can now review the instructions you write for a rule and suggest improvements right in the editor, so it’s easier to get to a stronger result without rewriting everything from scratch.
What’s new?
- When you’re creating or editing a rule in the automation canvas, AI Studio checks whether your instructions are clear enough to guide the rule.
- If it spots a stronger version, you’ll see an inline suggestion you can review and accept or dismiss.
- If your instructions are too vague for a rewrite, you’ll get guidance on what to clarify so you can tighten them up yourself.
- If your instructions are already in good shape, nothing extra appears.
- Suggestions are optional. Nothing is applied unless you choose to accept it, and you can keep editing after that.
This is especially handy if you’ve written something broad like “analyze this task” and want a clearer prompt, or if you’re editing an older rule and want a quick quality check before saving.
As always, share your thoughts in the comments. I’d love to hear where this feels most useful in your workflows, or what kind of instruction help you’d want to see next.
