I recently discovered the Status Update templates feature (I know it has been available for a while), and it’s been great so far. One thing that would really benefit my team, though, is the ability to add specific AI Guidance directly within the template itself.
Our team uses standardized AI prompts for different types of status updates. For now, I’ve added the AI Guidance text into the template and have our team copy and paste it into the AI Guidance field manually.
I do see the AI button available, but it currently only revises the template content itself, which isn’t the functionality I’m looking for.
