Add Reference fields to dashboards

Since reference fields are links to other objects in Asana, it would be great if reference custom fields were available in dashboards, whether that’s to filter on them or to add them to the X or Y axis.

As an example, if a reference field has project names in it, then being able to have that as a variable in the dashboard within a project would be very useful.

That’s a very sensible idea. I’ve seen something similar in other tools as well. Variables can be really helpful for automating tasks and making workflows more dynamic.
