Add option to create an empty dashboard or remove all charts at once

Is it possible to add a blank dashboard to a project? When I add the tab “Dashboard” to a project, it is filled with several charts I do not use or more charts than I need.

I would like the option to create a blank dashboard or the possibility to remove charts in bulk.

Any tips or suggestions?
