Add non-paying user to Organization with view only access

Thank you! Divisions seem to solve the problem a little bit but not all the way. We work with so many random clients inside our domain, and for sometimes very short projects, that this would require we constantly juggle who is in (our division), who is out, and how to handle the payment for that, being a government entity with very strict finances. The guest feature would solve that :frowning:

I too am having a difficult time justifying Asana to my organization due to limited viewing access and guest features within our email domain. We have chosen to test using this product as division set up so there can be free users who can access for their basic work. However the enterprise level projects require short term access for a variety of people across the organization visibility to executive to be able to view project activity and enterprise project portfolio list and timeline view.

My team and I had more Asana access with the free version. As soon as we paid for seats it caused us to not be able to collaborate with internal team members who don’t need as much access. I benefit from Asana immensely but it doesn’t make sense that we have to add/pay for seats when advanced features for some team members are not needed.
