Is there a way to assign people to a project (if they are members already) without the need of accept the project by e-mail?
When i do that, they can’t see the project ultil they accept by email

Hi @Asaph_Asana
Welcome to the forum!
Could you clarify for me what you mean? I’m not sure if I’m familiar with the need for an email confirmation.
Perhaps take a look at the project permission settings?
HI @Asaph_Asana,
Are you using the “Share” option within the Asana Project, or are you sending them a link to the project?
Hello @Asaph_Asana
Welcome to the forum.
Both Jan-Rienk and Christine shared the different ways you can share the project.
If those invidiuals are already in asana with an active license, then you can just share the project.
They will get a notification to view.
If they are not yet with an active license, thats when the approval by email comes in. They are not accepting the project, they are approving their sign in to the platform as such.
And if you are not sure if they had activated their license, check the admin console, or ask your asana admin to find out.
