Account deleted Resulted in Loss of Board Access

Our Administrator deleted some Asana accounts which resulted in the emails being removed. One of these accounts was the only one with access to a board. The person then rejoined Asana and was able to reconnect to the Company board, but the unique board to the deleted account is not available to join. Is there a way to recover this board?

Hi @anon26418371, our support team will be able to help them recover the project! When you contact them, please share the following information:

  • Name of the project and team this project was part of
  • Name of the Organization
