Access permissions for read-only links is an Enterprise feature, not E+ (guide needs a fix)

I believe this piece of the Guide is wrong: I am on new Enterprise (not E+) and I do have access to this feature. The pricing guide agrees with what I am seeing. The Guide probably needs to be fixed?

I see this feature, even though I am supposed to. I am Enterprise, this is supposed to be Enterprise+ according to the guide, but I have access to it.
