Is there a way to get tasks level events using a workspace webhook? If yes what can be the possible webhook filter for this purpose?
Can someone help me out with this? Thanks!

There is not. Per the API docs, you can only get task-level events on a per-project basis with a project-level webhook:
Webhook events from tasks, subtasks, and stories won’t be propagated to these higher-level webhooks, so all changes on these resources are automatically filtered out.
