I’ve moved your post to a new topic because its a different kind of workflow than "Default Workflow:" Enable team and organization-wide collaboration in minutes which describes a project for each team whereas your workflow describes a project for each individual.

Regarding your workflow here, what is the role of each team member’s My Tasks when you have a project like this?
