Will Asana comment on what caused the July (and August 1) 2019 Outages?

Heads up about the outages on Twitter and https://trust.asana.com was good and reliable.

But man…
2 major outages in July (both on Mondays).
Some minor outages also in July.
… and as of this writing, the August 1 outage continues about 30mins+

Our team has growing concerns. I’m sure others do as well.

It’d be nice to hear more the root causes and what is being done to prevent this from disrupting our trust in the product into the future.

Thank you so much for reaching out in regards to this. To answer your question, we are still in the process of determining the root cause of the incidents this past week.
