Why can't I upgrade to Premium if my business has only one team member (me)?

I run a business where it’s just me, and I wanted to utilize some of the premium features, but I can’t upgrade less than 2 seats. Why is that?

I would like to use some of the workflows and automations and project settings such as duration and time started.
