Where did the collaborator field go in task view?

When I click into task view, I used to be able to see the list of collaborators at the bottom (under the description box). My project template still shows it that way, but when I create a project, its not there.

That confused me, too. I’m now seeing them at the very top of the task pane, but the word “Collaborators” is gone:
