Where can I see all my tasks as being a co-worker?

Hi!

It is known that I can see all my tasks after clicking on the ‘My tasks’ icon in the left side menu. However, these are only the tasks for which I am responsible.

Question: where can I easily get an overview/list of all the tasks for which I am appointed as being a CO-WORKER?

Hi @Jean-Pierre_Vos - great question! You can use Advanced Search to create a Saved Search to get exactly what you are looking for.

Here are the steps:

  1. Click on Search > Advanced Search (might be a toggle in your search bar)
  2. Set the following criteria:
  • Assigned to: “Not Me”
  • Collaborators: Add your name here
  • Completion: Incomplete
  1. Then click Search.
  2. Sort according to your preferences at the top right. I’d suggest either sorting by due date or by last modified.
  3. Then click the :star:star icon at the top left, and name your search… something like “My Collaborator Tasks”

Voilà! You’re all set. Now that search will be available instantly with a single click from the Starred section of your left navigation sidebar.
