When Intune-MAM integration is enabled, do not enforce Edge as the sole Managed Browser

When Intune-MAM is enabled, we would like authentication flow to support other enterprise browsers, not just Microsoft Edge. Instead of enforcing Edge, please have the authentication flow open to any browser.
