I’m pretty sure I changed permissions to an app integration last week and today I go to manage apps and it says to contact support. The App Management article says that this is now only available for Enterprise + or you can get a new subscription add-on called “Permissions Management add-on”.

The add-on has been in place since early August, and there have not been any recent changes that I know of. Perhaps following the prompts and contacting our Support Team for more info is a good idea.
