🎓 Webinar alert: What’s new at Asana Academy? Yasmin has the scoop

Hi Community :waving_hand:

If you’ve been meaning to level up how you use Asana, here’s a low-effort way to do it. Asana Academy has a couple of live trainings coming up, and our very own @Yasmin_Small from the Customer Education team recorded a short video with what’s coming and who each session is meant for:

:movie_camera: Right now, you can sign up for two live sessions

  • Managing projects in Asana
A practical walkthrough on how to structure projects so they stay organized over time (and don’t slowly turn into chaos three weeks in).
  • Automating workflows in Asana
A friendly intro to rules and automations to help you reduce repetitive work and keep things moving without constant manual nudging.

:wrapped_gift: What to expect from these trainings

Both sessions are:

  • Free
  • Live, so you can ask real questions in real time
  • 60 minutes
  • Led by Asana’s Customer Education team

They’re a good fit whether you’re still getting comfortable in Asana or you’ve been using it for a while and want to fine-tune how you work.

:speech_balloon: What’s coming next?

We’re also working on something new here in the Forum… :eyes:

Soon, we’ll be creating dedicated post-webinar spaces for each training topic. Think of it as a place to keep the conversation going after the session ends. You’ll be able to:

  • share feedback on the training
  • ask follow-up questions about that specific topic
  • swap tips and real-life use cases with other Community members
  • hear back directly from folks on the Customer Education team

The goal is to turn each training into an ongoing conversation, not just a one-hour moment on your calendar.

More details soon. Stay tuned! :star_struck:

We use free Asana - the second training won’t be suitable for us, but how much of the first training relies on having access to paid features?

Hi @Vicky_Shepherd! Most of the features that we cover in “Managing projects” are within the Starter+ tier, but it could be helpful to join to see what’s possible in Asana.
