YES, it’s now possible to set a webhook on a workspace. But NO, it won’t allow you to get task-level events on the workspace.
Because monitoring all tasks in a workspace would lead to a potential firehose of events, the Asana API limits what events you can listen for at the workspace level. Currently at that level, you can only get events on projects, team memberships, and workspace memberships. See:
