I’m looking for a way to streamline my workflow by using voice recordings to capture activities and automatically convert them into summarized tasks in Asana.
My goal is something like this:

I record an audio describing a task or activity
-
The audio is transcribed into text
-
A summary is generated from that transcription
-
The summary is automatically created as a task (or comment) in Asana
I’m aware that Asana has integrations with tools like Zapier, Make, and others. I’m also considering using transcription tools like Otter.ai or similar AI-based solutions.
Has anyone implemented a workflow like this?
