My team uses agile (mostly Scrum) to build software, and I’d also like us to leverage Asana Goals so we can track our objectives and key results (OKRs). From what I’m reading about translating agile concepts into Asana (How to use Asana for Agile and scrum | Product guide • Asana Product Guide), the concept of features in agile translates into a single project, which makes it challenging to use goals to track progress at a level above features. How are you defining goals in Asana and setting up projects to track those goals automatically for your agile teams?
