User status in projects

I am trying to distinguish if a user is an admin or a simple user of a project.
If the user is an admin or the project then the person should be able to set some configuration if not then the user should only be able to create a task.

I can’t seem to wrap my head around what endpoint is used to find out if a user is admin or a normal user.

I would appreciate if anybody could point me in the right direction.

So after spending some time on investigating this issue further I found that it’s not part of asana yet.
I did find a work around inside my system, hopefully this “hack” will give a good customer experience.

I would love to see permission being added on the user so you can limit the users access and make better control flows inside custom apps.
