I’m having trouble logging in to the Asana Support Portal. I keep getting an authentication error in what appears to be a Salesforce login window. I can log into app.asana.com just fine, but whenever I try to access the support portal (Salesforce) I get an error message.
Here are the steps I’ve already tried:
Clearing cookies/cache and switching browsers (tried Chrome, Firefox).
Using a private/incognito window.
Logging in directly via app.asana.com works with no issues.
No SSO
Despite this, I still see the same error message every time. Are there any other steps I can take to resolve this, or another way to contact Support if the Support Portal login is blocked?
I tried that as well. In incognito mode, at least I can access the forum. Unfortunately, the chatbot is also blocked. Every time I enter the contact details, the process is interrupted with the comment: “Unfortunately, a system error has occurred. The chat will now reset in this window.” Is there no way to create a support ticket?
