Unable to interact with attachments

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: When a team member adds a PDF to a task for me to review, the file is unresponsive when opened in a new tab or within Asana itself. This has been tested with different file sizes and the same issue occurs. It will take a very long time for the file to appear, and even longer for me to be able to scroll down or zoom in and out.

I Haven’t come across this problem myself.

A couple of suggestions;

  • Check if you have a virus software that is trying to validate the pdf before displaying it.
  • Check this guide article to confirm your browser connection is a good…
