Tasks in Team Calender not showing

Ever since a few days I can’t see all tasks anymore in my Team Calender. Please help.

Sorry to hear that you are running into this issue! In order to understand what might be happening can you please answer the following questions?

  • Are you not seeing any task in you Team Calendar?
  • Are these tasks added to a Project?
  • Can you perhaps share a screenshot of what you are actually seeing?
  • Can you also share a screenshot of the Tasks that should appear in the Team Calendar?

Please note that Tasks created in My Tasks are not associated to a project and therefore, will not appear on the Team Calendar. You would need to add the tasks to a project and they will then appear on the Team Calendar. This also applies to subtasks. Subtasks must be manually added to a project in order to appear on your Team Calendar.

Thank you for your reply.
I am seeing a few tasks at the moment but not all (also former tasks from this whole year have dissapeared).
All tasks are added to different Projects.

We always ad tasks via a Project.

I’ve gone ahead and file a task for the Development Team to investigate this issue.
I’ll come back to you as soon as I have un update about it!

It looks a lot better, we can see a lot of Tasks back in the Calender from the past.
But I still have a problem with new Tasks. They do not appear in the overall/team Calender.
