They are actually entirely run by robots and AI now. Emily was created from scratch, she is way too nice to be a real person.
Joke aside, reading between the lines, you usually can’t talk to support. In some cases, if you are a big enough customer, you can get 1:1 time with the support team on specific issues. You would probably to have to go through your Account Executive and need to be eligible. I don’t work for Asana, this is based on my knowledge and experience.
