Asana already has a ChatGPT integration, but Codex is where engineering implementation happens. A Codex integration would let developers start from an Asana task, pull in requirements and comments as implementation context, generate code changes, and optionally post progress or PR links back to Asana.

Let Codex read task description, comments, custom fields, assignee, due date, and linked project context.

Let Codex generate an implementation plan from the task.

Optionally let Codex comment back with branch name, PR link, status, blockers, or implementation summary.

Respect existing Asana permissions, workspace controls, and confirmation for write actions.
This would make Asana much more useful for engineering teams using Codex.
