sorting tasks within sections on the list, timeline and Gantt views

Hi!

I’ll start with feedback that this doesn’t seem to be available to me and I don’t have a plan allowing portfolio view.

Starting point: in my Asana project each section is a separate team. Under each section we list tasks with start and end date.

What I would like to achieve:

I would like to sort the list of tasks per section. when I sort in an ascending order for section A (teamA), it doesn’t affect tasks under section B (team B).

I would like to achieve the same goal with timeline view and Gantt view (so that the bars per section/team are sorted and visualised based on an end date).
Would this be available at any point? are there workarounds apart from rearranging tasks manually?

Not ideal, but a workaround would be:

For each section that needs it own sort that’s different than the rest of the project, use a rule to multi-home to another project tasks added to that section. Use that project for the differently-sorted views that you need.
