Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
Asana doesn’t appear to be fully aware of all gTLD values for the auto-linking functionality in tasks. My employer uses some gTLD values that we own for some internal systems which we reference and would like to auto-link to.
Steps to reproduce:
Link domain that is a valid domain per IANA root domain db without http:// or https:// prepended to the domain.

Hi @cmahns, thanks for flagging this! I’ve gone ahead and escalated this to our Engineers. I’ll keep you posted and let you know when I have any updates 
Hi @cmahns, our Product team have confirmed that they made a conscious design decision not to automatically linkify all top level domains. The TLD system has reached the point where there are huge numbers of top-level domains, and it wouldn’t make sense to automatically linkify all of them.
