I’ve set up the Asana app in Slack so I get notifications in its App channel when someone comments on a task. The problem is it says something like “xx added a comment (comment text)” with ‘reply’ and ‘like’ buttons but there’s no mention of what task it was on, or a link to go to the task in Asana to see. Is there a way to set things up so it mentions the task?
Experiencing a similar issue as well. Deauthorizing and reauthorizing doesn’t seem to fix it

Escalating to the @Forum-team! Could you look into this as a likely bug?
Hi everyone, sorry to hear about this issue with Slack. I’m having some trouble replicating this on my end (screenshot below). Can you share a screenshot of what you see?
Hi folks, just an additional note: our Support team let me know that they’ve also received some reports and are looking into this to understand if it’s a bug. I’ll keep you posted
Thanks! Just to also add it is a similar experience for mentions, as well.
Am also experiencing the same issue on task comments! Would be greatly appreciated if this can be resolved.
This is what they look for us now
Hi everyone! Our Developers have identified the root cause of the issue and implemented a fix. We’ve got confirmation from some customers that it’s working normally on their end as well
