Slack: “Add as task comment …” shortcut sometimes adds comment in plain instead of rich text

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:

• When I use the Asana “Add as task comment …” message shortcut in Slack, sometimes the comment gets added to the Asana task as a graphic of a Slack message with a helpful backlink but sometimes it just copies over as plain text.

Steps to reproduce:

• I have not been able to determine the conditions under which the comment is added to the Asana task in plain text. It seems random. Sometimes it works; sometimes it doesn’t.

Browser version:

• I am using the new version of the Asana Slack app, not the legacy version

Any chance this is happening when you’re adding a threaded conversation as opposed to just a regular reply? I don’t believe our Slack integration supports threaded conversation unfortunately!
