At the beginning of the month, setting a due date for the next week takes one click:
At the end of every month, the calendar drop-down shows the last week of the month, so it takes an extra click (right arrow) to get to the next month to set a due date for a week out.
If the calendar drop-down showed an extra week, it would save us the extra click that happens ~1/4 of the time!
