Separate language settings for the user interface and events outside that scope

Asana’s language setting is used not only for the user’s interface but also for any general processes outside of that space.
This means that the language and time format are also applied to general emails, messages (e.g., Teams), system notifications, and other processes.

This is problematic when it comes to messages or process information that are read or processed by other users or systems. Messages like these, which are sent to only one user, could alternatively be delivered in that user’s selected language.

It should be possible to set the language preference for one’s own Asana interface separately from the “system-wide” language setting.

I agree, the language used for the form confirmation email is the form’s creator language I believe; that’s a problem…

And there are other examples like messages to a teams-channel or text of empty values (“[empty-value]” with en-US setting vs. “[leerer-wert]” with de-DE setting), that is generated when sending an e-mail via the Outlook-addon in a rule with an empty custom field value (furthermore, that should be a completely empty value)
