I’ve run into an issue while using Search within a note that seems like a gap in functionality.
When searching inside a note, any text that contains a hyperlink is not indexed or highlighted. This means that if I include links to other notes, tasks, or pages, those references cannot be found through search.
Interestingly, the standard browser “Find in page” (for example in Chrome) does locate and highlight this same linked text without any issue.
Expected behavior:
Search within notes should be able to index and highlight text even if it includes hyperlinks.
Actual behavior:
Linked text is ignored by the search function, making it difficult to locate references within documentation-heavy notes.
This becomes especially challenging when using notes as a knowledge base or SOP library, where linking between resources is common.
