I have a simple rule that says:
When task is completed
And a field contains a certain drop down item
Add numeric value to field.
I tried this about a month ago and I was able to fill the numeric field.
But now when I fill out the field (I want to give the field 8%):
The number resets to 0.00 the whole time.
This is hindering the rollout of a major change in our entire company. I need a solution for this problem ASAP.
Has anyone got a solution for this problem?

I just tested this (making sure the numeric field is defined with two decimal digits) and it works for me.

Hi Larry,
the numeric field in the project is percentage field without decimal digits, but that was not a problem before.
This seems to be a bug on my end.

I confirmed the behavior you’re seeing.
For me, it works as a two decimal digit, but fails as for you when the field is a percent.
I’ll attempt to escalate.
