I read through the
Rich Text changes and I am having an issue. When I submit the story
https://app.asana.com/api/1.0/tasks/<TASKID>/stories and have
Asana-Enable: new_rich_text, the story shows up as
<body><strong>Test.</strong></body> not “
Any insight would be helpful?

The fix had been deployed, and creating stories with the new rich text should now work!

New HTML Tags in Asana Rich Text
For examples in this post, we’ve added indentation and newlines to make it easier to read. When implemented, rich text routes won’t include these.
