We have a portfolio housing ~100 client portfolios. All client projects are stored under a portfolio since our company began using Asana. Our manager views portfolio statuses, but at a quick glance, when a project and by association the portfolio, is complete, she’ll either see “on track” or “no recent updates”. I have a project that has been closed since November, still showing “last update in November” .I’d like to be able to remove that since there are no active projects for that portfolio at this time and it makes the portfolio look like it’s been neglected.
