Hi all - the org I’m at has a lot of projects that are in the R&D phase. Meaning, we spend some time “researching” and “testing” solutions prior to actually launching into the project full steam ahead/communicate it to the wider org. There may still be deadlines during the R&D phase (i.e. chat with X Y Z stakeholders by Y date).
The nature of the work we do is not tech-related. It is research-driven, but we are an HR team. Does anyone have recommendations on what types of templates might work will for these type of R&D projects?
