Quick Add Shortcut Not Responding?? [cmd]+[shift]+[+]

My favorite shortcut is not responding for me. [cmd]+[shift]+[+]

When I open up settings, the setting appears to be toggling on from the off position. This is killing me today. Anyone else experiencing this?
