Public or Private Projects

I just downgraded from the paid version to the free version. If I don’t have anyone else in my organization but I’ve added different people to different projects, can they see all projects? Or only projects and tasks that I’ve assigned to them?

Thanks!

Hi @Beth_Riegger! Are these members Guests (as in they don’t use your Organization domain?)?Providing you haven’t added them to any Team but just to specific projects, Guest users should only see the project you’ve added them to. You can learn more about the Guest status in this article: Asana FAQs and common questions | Product Guide • Asana Product Guide

If I am not an Asana premium, I cannot make a private teams & project?

It means everyone can see my project not only my invited members? And my project will be public?

@Li-Jyuan_Judy, if you’re using the free version of Asana, you can choose to make your project public or private to you. But the option to make a project private to project member is a premium feature.
