When in conversation on a project, the most recent post shows up at the bottom. Some of our conversations became very long and I always loose precious time by searching and scrolling all the way down to the bottom. Is there a feature to flip the order and have the most recent entry to show up on top of the conversation?

Project conversations are ordered from newest (at the top) to oldest (at the bottom); are you referring to comments on Conversations instead?
Apologies, yes, they are comments. Is there a way to reverse their order?
It would also be really nice if the conversation with the latest comment came to the top of the list and the rest are ordered based on when their last comment was. Or at least make this an option. But frustrating when someone leaves a comment in a conversation and you then have to scroll down sometimes pages and pages of content to find the same conversation.
