We are facing the following issues and require your support:
-
Our client is a Super Admin, but was added to a specific project only as an Editor.
-
The original Project Admin is no longer in the system .
-
Due to this, the Super Admin is unable to update permissions or assign a new Project Admi n.
This leads to an important concern:
- What is the functional purpose of the Super Admin role if it cannot override or manage project-level permissions in such cases?
We kindly request a clear explanation for this limi tation.
Additional challenge:
4. We attempted to resolve the issue using Work Access Mode, but one of our clients is on the Division Plan, where this feature is not available.
5. Hence, we need guidance on how to proceed with updating project access or bypassing the restriction to make the required changes at the project level.
