We received reports yesterday and we have this thread in the bug category: Guest are seen as private user, even inside the same team or same project
Our development team has confirmed this issue is solved. If you are still experiencing issues please simply comment in the bug thread and I’ll be happy to investigate further!
hi @Marie Thanks for your comments but I am still couldn’t get the answer what I am looking for the scenario is that I am part of the Team with “Full Access” and I can join or collaborate any Task created by any member of our team. The problem is that I can’t see the Assignee Name instead it is showing “Private User” in one task created by our team member. What would be possible reason?
