Portfolio rules question

I tried repeatedly to sign up for the Portfolio Rules deep dive that happened last week. I kept getting error messages when I tried to sign up (via phone, and also via Windows desktop/Chrome).

So this morning I tried launching Help Center here on the Asana website and that glitched out as well.

Can anyone give me any tips on how to get this webinar recording and more information on when these Portfolio rules will be launched? We are really excited about this possibility and I already have rule requests from our business owner that I am tasked to get working as soon as possible and cannot find out any information nor can I find where rules have been launched yet.

Asana indicated on one of the Slack channels that they’re a bit delayed in getting that video posted. Hopefully coming soon!

Asana team, is there any news on this? I was never able to sign up for the Product Launch Deep Dive (despite trying repeatedly on multiple devices).

We have a stack of portfolios that we really need to start learning how to set rules on and the options don’t seem to be there for adding rules.

Any idea when these will launch? Or, are they already available and I’m missing them somehow?

The recording is available here:

Portfolio rules are fully launched but just for the new/current Asana plans (Advanced & Enterprise), not for legacy Business or Enterprise.

If you’re not seeing them, you may want to get in touch with your Asana Admin or Asana Sales to change your legacy plan to a new plan.
