Portfolio rules not working

Can anyone help. I cannot get the following rule to work, when a project is added to a portfolio, i want it to be auto added to another portfolio based on a custom multi select field. Essentially i’ve selected ‘when work is added to this portfolio’, ‘check if the custom field contains any/all of’ and ‘add to portfolio’. It’s just not running the rule at all for me.

Anyone have any idea of why?

I tried the following and it does not work as I expected.

This rule in the portfolio Test:

did not get fired to move either of these two projects into portfolio Test2 as I expected:

Thanks for that @lpb . I’ve also tried other triggers with new work is added to the portfolio such as updating a different new custom field in the portfolio and although the rule says it has run, it hasn’t produced the outcome I requested by selecting the option i asked within that custom field.

Hi @Emily_Roman and @lpb the chatbot for support is stuck in an endless loop of ‘Unfortunately a system error occurred’. I thought this was resolved. I cannot access the link you supplied Larry as it’s triggering a spam policy here.

Is there another way of contacting support other than the bot?
