The Outlook add-in is mission critical to us as it allows us to quickly convert email requests into Asana tasks which in turn promotes the use of Asana within our organization. Unfortunately, social media icons in people’s email signatures can mean that the Attachments field is full of junk images as well as actual attachments. For example:
Introducing an “uncheck all” function would be a huge UX improvement over having to manually uncheck each field.
A UX stretch goal on this would be to sort the list by file type so PDF and document attachments stand out from images.
