Our app submission is stuck in the review process

Hi there!

We submitted our Asana app quite a while ago and have yet to receive a response. On the app submission page, it says we should receive a response within a week, but it’s been many months, and we still haven’t received one. Could anyone please advise on how to proceed?

@ambforumleader anyone has an idea of how to assist with this? I believe a new ticket might bring the ticket back to the bottom of the queue.

Ah, I see - I already tried that and it doesn’t work, unfortunately. It says “We can’t log you in because of an authentication error.”

Please check the link i shared - it explains what you need to do if you face that error.
You can try with a private browser, but the link I shared explains few other steps too.

Thank you! The support chat didn’t work either - it crashed a couple of times. However, I managed to submit a support request via the temporary support form.

I don’t think regular Asana support will be able to deal with an app submission.
