We would like to be able to send messages to everyone in the organization. I understand that announcements are available in the enterprise tiers, but since they are unidirectional, I’m surprised there hasn’t been more demand for this feature.

I’m sure you are aware, but one way around this is to have a team that you add ALL staff to, and then you can send team-wide messages from there. And, and… it’s an actual message, with the ability for people to respond, so 2-way – better than announcements for many purposes.

@Bryan_TeamKickstart - We do have that, but there are people who fail to add it, or choose to remove themselves from it for whatever reason.
